1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and rr333.

These Terms are available in English only. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

3 Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of rr333 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

4 Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) rr333 Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment details, device identifiers, or any other method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time during the life of your Account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify rr333 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.
• rr333 reserves the right to close, suspend, or place restrictions on any Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.

rr333 will not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a result of that Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

5 KYC Identity Verification

rr333 is required under its international gaming license obligations to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You agree to provide any documentation or information requested by rr333 for KYC purposes within the timeframe specified in the request. Standard documentation required may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter).
• Proof of payment method ownership (photograph of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet account, bank statement, or similar).
• Additional documentation in support of source of funds where deposits exceed thresholds established by rr333's compliance programme.

rr333 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to any payment method other than one that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.

6 Deposits

Deposits to your rr333 Account may be made via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is as displayed in the rr333 cashier at the time of transaction. Currently the standard minimum is PKR 100 for local wallet methods.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

• Deposits are credited to your rr333 Account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Most local wallet deposits are credited instantly.
• rr333 reserves the right to reverse or claw back any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, stolen card use, or misuse of a payment service.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified rr333 Account holders will be processed in accordance with the following terms:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder as part of the KYC process. rr333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• rr333 targets sub-10-minute processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts during normal operational hours. Processing times for bank transfers may vary based on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.

• rr333 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard Pakistani payment method withdrawals. Network or bank fees applied by the receiving institution are outside rr333's control.

• Any active Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the associated real money balance, unless the promotional terms state otherwise.

8 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must meet a stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings or bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Only bets placed with real money funds contribute to bonus wagering requirements unless the promotion specifically states that bonus wagering contributions from real funds are permitted.

9 Game Rules, Fairness, and Sports Betting

Weather-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern settlements will be handled in accordance with the official method applied by the relevant cricket authority.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rr333 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and permanent ban from the rr333 Platform, in addition to any legal remedies rr333 may pursue:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to participate in any game, place any bet, or interact with the Platform in any way not specifically authorised by rr333.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including communicating hole cards, coordinating strategy in live dealer games, or sharing information that confers an unfair advantage in any rr333 product.
• Any conduct that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

The following tools are available to all rr333 Account holders and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support:

12 Intellectual Property

13 Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or interruptions to the rr333 Platform beyond rr333's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or from your sharing of those credentials with any third party.
• Decisions you make in relation to gameplay, betting strategy, or withdrawal timing.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the policies or technical systems of your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment network.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit rr333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The rr333 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under rr333's international gaming license jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, where those rights cannot be lawfully excluded by contract.

The English language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version for all legal and interpretive purposes, regardless of any translation provided for convenience.
